Oftentimes, it’s as if we think that the more we worry, the less likely we are to have misfortune in our lives. This, of course, is not accurate. Worrying and stressing about the unknown just results in misused time and energy, and can have a negative impact on health. Once we accept that there are certain things beyond our knowledge and control, we can find peace.
After all, the unknown doesn’t have to be frightening! Everything wonderful that awaits us in our futures has yet to be realized.
