1.) Banana-Oat Smoothie

Bannana Oat Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond or skim milk
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons flaxseeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup ice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.

 

2.) Blueberry-Flax Smoothie

 Blueberry-Flax Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 4 teaspoons flaxseeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
 
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.

 

3.) Kale, Pineapple and Almond Milk Smoothie

 Kale, Pineapple and Almond Milk Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (preferably homemade)
- 1 cup packed chopped kale
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 1 banana
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
